Ifatunbi Adeyeomo Adefunmi

Ifatunbi Adeyeomo Adefunmi is the founder of M’Press-T Mindful Multicultural Mastery Tools, an educational initiative focused on empowering individuals through knowledge, cultural wisdom, and intentional living.

She is the daughter of His Royal Majesty Oba Efuntola Oseijeman Adelabu Adefunmi I, founder of Oyotunji African Village in South Carolina and visionary behind the African Cultural Restoration Plan. She is also the sister of the late Oba Adejuyigbe Adefunmi II, who continued the mission of Oyotunji.

Guided by the philosophy she co-created with her father—

Knowledge is power.
Power is freedom.
Freedom is the ability to choose.
Choice is sovereignty.

Ifatunbi’s work focuses on empowering individuals through education, self-awareness, and culturally grounded wellness practices.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Howard University, completed graduate studies in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics through the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and earned a Master of Professional Studies in Executive Management from St. Thomas University, where she is currently completing doctoral research in Educational Leadership, Innovation, and Digital Instruction.

Her professional background spans government, healthcare, and higher education, including work as an Exercise Physiologist at Beaufort Naval Hospital and cultural education roles at institutions such as The University of the West Indies and Davidson College, where she taught African dance, spiritual traditions, and Kemetic meditation.

Through M’Press-T, Ifatunbi develops Mindful Multicultural Mastery Tools that integrate African Indigenous wisdom with modern science and technology. Her framework—Outflow, Inflow, New Flow—encourages individuals to release limiting patterns, become mindful of influences, and intentionally cultivate new pathways for healing and empowerment.
