Be mindful of what you allow in

Inflow represents awareness and discernment.

This stage focuses on becoming conscious of what influences your life, including:

  • the information you consume

  • the people around you

  • the environments you enter

  • the habits you allow to shape your life

Mindful inflow helps you protect your energy and make intentional choices about what you allow to influence your path.

NEW FLOW

create the direction of your life

New Flow represents intentional transformation.

Once you release what no longer serves you and become mindful of what you allow in, you gain the power to create a new direction.

New Flow includes choosing:

  • empowering knowledge

  • healthy habits

  • supportive relationships

  • meaningful goals

  • a vision for the future
